Chest circumference: Using a soft tape, measure the horizontal distance around the fullest part of your chest.
XS: 80-85cm / 31.5-33.5 inches
Small: 85-90cm / 33.5-35.4 inches
Medium: 90-95cm / 35.4-37.4 inches
Large: 95-100cm / 37.4-39.4 inches
XL: >100cm / >39.4 inches
