Constructed from a premium, high stretch Italian fabric that is also treated with a water repellent to keep light showers and road spray at bay. The top of the warmer features a specially commissioned Italian elastic with silicone on both sides, to hold the warmer in place against both your skin and shorts. Below the knee the edges are cut to a raw edge to provide unbeatable comfort.
