Delivery & Returns Policy
We offer free standard delivery within Europe, the United Kingdom or Worldwide for orders above £150 equivalent. For other zones, a contribution toward the shipping cost will be added at checkout.
Standard delivery times are up to 3 days for UK, up to 5 days for Europe, up to 7 days for North America and up to 10 days for the rest of the world. Please note that some "Rest of the World" deliveries these are running with delays as a result of COVID-19.
These delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail but customs checks and local courier processing in some countries could result in longer shipping times. If you're concerned that your order is delayed please email email@example.com quoting your order number in the subject header. Please note that international orders are not counted as lost until 25 days after dispatch so until this time INVANI will not be able to take any action. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Following BREXIT we have found that deliveries are generally arriving in good time (typically around 5 working days) and without any taxes or duties to be paid by you the customer.
To the extent that your EU delivery order does become subject to additional duties or taxes to be paid by you then send us a photo of that request and we will refund you so that you are not worse off compared to the initial purchase price. We will process the refund promptly (probably same day) but please note it will take a few days for the funds to return.
Non UK & EU Deliveries
Depending on the value of your order and country you live in, you may be liable to customs charges, import VAT or local import duties as levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority. This is a legal requirement and the charges are the buyers responsibility.
A confirmation email will be sent out once your order has been dispatched.
We hope that you will get a lot of enjoyment riding in your INVANI products. We understand however that people can change their minds and despite high levels of quality control there could be rare occurrences of manufacturing faults. Please see below details of our Returns Policy.
Providing your item is unworn, has not been washed and is as new you can return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition.

INVANI provides free UK returns. If you would like to return an item then please email us with the Order reference, details of the item to be returned and we will reply with instructions on how best to return the item.
International returns are at the customer's expense, other than for applicable Warranty Returns (see below), in which case please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns to us from outside the UK must have indicated on the customs declaration that it is a 'RETURNED ITEM'. This is to eliminate custom charges, if you do not do this and we are charged by UK Customs, we will need to deduct the customs fee from your refund value.
Exchanges can only be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or colour of the same product, from the same collection. If you would like a different product, please (1) return the product for a refund and (2) place a new order.
In the unlikely case that you notice a defect with your INVANI item(s) within 3 months, we will provide a refund or replacement. Please note that this does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, snags, rips or abrasion.
For any warranty claims or queries, please contact email@example.com, stating your order number in the email. For any replacements we will send these out within 3 days of a return back to us and you will be notified by email when your replacement has been shipped.
Other than for Warranty Returns when you request a refund for returned products, we will refund the cost of the products but not any applicable shipping cost.
If you are returning part of a Bundle the refund value will reflect the value of the returned item within the bundle i.e. the retained part of the bundle will be valued at the then full price.
We aim to pay refunds within 1 week of the return arriving to us. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
